100% Refund
Within 30 days

If we fail to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeline and scope.

Conditions:

  • Project not started within agreed timeframe
  • Complete failure to deliver promised services
  • Breach of contract terms by Srijan Digital
Client Cancellation
Partial Refund
Before project completion

Client-initiated cancellations are subject to work completed and timeline.

Conditions:

  • Within 7 days of project start: 80% refund
  • After significant work completed: 50% refund
  • Near completion (90%+): No refund
Unsatisfactory Quality
Revision or Refund
Within 14 days of delivery

If the delivered work doesn't meet agreed specifications, we offer revisions first.

Conditions:

  • Work doesn't match approved specifications
  • Technical issues not resolved within 7 days
  • Quality significantly below industry standards
Technical Issues
Full Refund
If unresolvable

If technical limitations prevent us from delivering the promised solution.

Conditions:

  • Technical impossibility discovered during development
  • Third-party service limitations
  • Unresolvable compatibility issues

Important Conditions
  • Refunds apply only to unused portions of prepaid services
  • Domain and hosting costs are non-refundable
  • Third-party service fees cannot be refunded
  • Custom development work is evaluated case-by-case
  • All refund requests must be made in writing
