Refund Scenarios
If we fail to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeline and scope.
Conditions:
- Project not started within agreed timeframe
- Complete failure to deliver promised services
- Breach of contract terms by Srijan Digital
Client-initiated cancellations are subject to work completed and timeline.
Conditions:
- Within 7 days of project start: 80% refund
- After significant work completed: 50% refund
- Near completion (90%+): No refund
If the delivered work doesn't meet agreed specifications, we offer revisions first.
Conditions:
- Work doesn't match approved specifications
- Technical issues not resolved within 7 days
- Quality significantly below industry standards
If technical limitations prevent us from delivering the promised solution.
Conditions:
- Technical impossibility discovered during development
- Third-party service limitations
- Unresolvable compatibility issues

Evaluate work completed, timeline, and refund eligibility
Decision
Notify you of refund decision and amount within 5 business days
Processing
Process approved refunds within 7-10 business days
- Refunds apply only to unused portions of prepaid services
- Domain and hosting costs are non-refundable
- Third-party service fees cannot be refunded
- Custom development work is evaluated case-by-case
- All refund requests must be made in writing
